Terms & Conditions
- The program allows unlimited washes, per each vehicle enrolled in a Fast Pass Wash Plan.
- I agree to have my Card on file charged each month for my Fast Pass Plan.
- This Automatic Recharge Authorization shall remain active unless canceled by giving 7 days’ notice. A Cancellation form must be signed at the car wash location.
- Cancellation of this plan, prior to month end, does not entitle member to any refund or credits.
- Plans cancelled will terminate same day and can no longer be used.
- Imperial Car Wash reserves the rights to cancel a plan at any time.
- The plan will terminate if the monthly charge is declined by our credit card processing system.
- Weather, maintenance, or equipment failure may affect the availability of wash services without refund or credit.
- In case of rate increases in wash plans, Imperial Car Wash will post signs notifying customers at its car wash locations 30 days prior to rate change.

How It works
Step 1
Select your Membership Plan and agree to plan Terms & Conditions.
Step 2
Your tag is being loaded into our license plate detecting program for future recognition once you enter your license plate number.
Step 3
When you visit Imperial Car Wash, stop at the pay station. Your license plate will be detected and the gate will open.
Step 4
Welcome, you are a club member! Wash as often as you like. Your credit or debit card will be billed monthly on your enrollment day until you cancel.
License Plate Reader Technology
Our LPR system automatically recognizes your car plate and opens the tunnel for you, speeding up the process for you.
Memberships can be purchased directly from the pay station or online through our e-commerce platform without having to interact with RFID tags.
As the LPR camera instantly recognizes every plate that completes a transaction, we are able to expedite the membership redemption flow.
